PCA and Brick Architects have been designing beautiful buildings along the Eastern seaboard of Australia for over 30 years.
PCA in collaboration with Brick Architects and the development team from HELM have worked together on twenty one apartment buildings. Every completed project has won awards including the 2020 & 2015 UDIA National Award for the ‘Best Medium-Density Apartment Project of the Year’ and the 2017 Urban Taskforce Australia ‘Finest Medium-Rise Development in Australia’.
One of PCA and Brick’s key strengths is that they understand architecture from a builder’s perspective – an invaluable asset for architects who can sometimes let creativity override practicality. Their intimate knowledge of construction techniques, materials, timing and building costs ‘ground’ their designs, ensuring they can easily transfer from concept to completion, and are as functional as they are fantastic.
